Home Emergencies

We hope you will never have a home emergency, but in case one does arise, the following information will help guide you to the proper resources. Issues that are considered to be a home emergency are items that seriously impact your health, safety, or the integrity of your home.

The following items are what would be considered emergencies:

  • Roof leaks
  • Plumbing line rupture
  • Total sewer system blockage
  • Complete loss of air or heat in the home
  • Electrical system failure or sparking that could ignite a fire

Please call the Customer Care Department at 1-888-525-2216 and let the Customer Service representative know you have a home emergency. If any of these items happen after regular business hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday), please refer to the Emergency Numbers section in your Homeowner’s Maintenance Manual that was given to you at the time of closing.

In case of fire or other life-threatening emergency, please call 911.
