New Construction Warranty

Thank you for choosing Tarragon Corporation, Inc., for your residential needs. We take pride in our home designs and construction, and we want to be sure your warranty service experience is the best it can be. Our professional warranty staff is equipped with the knowledge to remediate any issue your home may have.

Modern-day new construction is extremely complex and contains thousands of parts that make up the structure we affectionately call “home”. It takes hundreds of people to carry a new home from ground -breaking to flooring, and it is inevitable to have a few blemishes or imperfections. Most will be caught at your New Home Introduction (walk-thru). In case there is an issue after you move in, simply complete our warranty request form to submit a repair request.

The Warranty Service Department is open Monday thru Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Our goal in the Warranty Service Department is to respond to your request within 24 hours, schedule your request within one week, and have the repair completed within 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the repair. We pride ourselves in our quality service, so if there are any special considerations we should be aware of, please let us know so we may serve you better.
